Our Short Term Exchanges are a great way to learn a little bit more about other countries..... and a lot more about yourself.

• spend a minimum of 3 weeks living abroad with a host family
• Tailor your time to make the most of your interests.
• Improve  language skills and make lasting friendships abroad

In return you will host your exchange partner for a similar period of time in your home. It’s a great opportunity to find out more about other cultures, develop skills you’ll use for the rest of your life and to make international friends.

Remember your parents or guardians don’t have to be members of Rotary for you to take part in an exchange.

You can find out about any available requests for exchanges , but if you want to exchange with a country not listed, or you don’t think that those making the request would be a good match with you, then don’t let this stop you registering your interest.

We are able to arrange exchanges with most countries that are certified by Rotary International to take part in the programme, but don’t leave it until the last moment - the earlier you apply the easier it is to find an exchange partner for you with similar interests in your country of choice.
